A program consisting of ten weekly sessions that supports those grieving the death of a loved one at any stage. It offers the bereaved possibilities to:
Become more aware of where we are in the grief journey
Better embrace our loss
Find healing in sorrow
Keep from getting stuck in negative attitudes or emotions
Discover the promises of God to those who grieve and where he is to be found in our grieving.
Fall Session starts, Tuesday, September 8, in FLC Room 207 from 10am - 12pm. Winter Session starts, Tuesday, January 5, in FLC Room 207 from 10am - 12pm.
Participants are asked to purchase the workbook, The New Day, a Journey from Grief to Healing, by Mauryeen O’Brien, OP
